NOOK was founded by Andrew Allen, who has spent 45 years in the property business — as both an Estate Agent and a developer. His family's roots in property stretch back over 116 years, spanning three generations of people who understand what it takes to help someone find the right home.
That depth of experience is why NOOK exists. After decades of watching the same broken pattern — seekers scrolling endlessly through listings that tell them nothing about what life is actually like in a home — Andrew set out to build what the industry should have built a long time ago: a platform where AI does the hard work of understanding what a person's life actually needs, and matches them to homes that fit.
