Instead of typing filters into a property portal, home seekers tell NOOK about their lives and its AI matches them to homes from estate agents across the whole market — ranked by how well each home fits the life they want to live. It is completely free for home seekers; estate agents list for free and pay a small fee only when a matched seeker sends a qualified enquiry.
The problem with property portals
Rightmove, Zoopla, and Daft are search engines for listings. They are powerful at showing you what is available, but they cannot tell you what fits your life.
